GINGER SNAPS

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 170 g soft margarine
- 1 tbsp egg substitute mixed with 30 ml Ginger Shot Classic
- 15 g freshly grated ginger
PREPARATION
1) Knead all ingredients into a dough
2) Place the dough in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour
3) Form the dough into a roll and place it in the freezer for approx. 15 minutes
4) Cut 1 cm thick cookies with a knife
5) Bake at 160 degrees convection for approx. 15 minutes
6) Decorate and garnish as desired
