GINGER PINEAPPLE SLUSH
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g fresh, ripe pineapple (pureed)
- 80 g brown cane sugar (essential for the right slush consistency, it won't work without sugar)
- 100 ml Ginger Shot Classic
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 300 ml water
PREPARATION
For the refreshing pineapple ginger slush, first finely puree the fresh, ripe pineapple until a smooth fruit base is formed.
Then add brown cane sugar, the Ginger Shot Classic, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix everything thoroughly again so that the ingredients combine optimally and create the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and light spiciness.

Add the finished mixture along with water to a slush machine and start the program. After a short time, the liquid transforms into an ice-cold, creamy slush with ideal consistency.

Serve the pineapple-ginger slush directly and garnish with lime slices or fresh mint, if desired.
Perfect as a fruity summer drink, party highlight, or non-alcoholic refreshment on hot days.
