EASY CHOCOLATE CUPS WITH RASPBERRY FILLING – FRUITY RECIPE WITH VITAL FLOW

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 pieces dark chocolate (85%)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • small paper or silicone molds
  • 1-2 raspberries, freeze-dried
  • VITAL FLOW

PREPARATION

Let the frozen raspberries thaw completely. Then mash them with a fork and mix with 2 tbsp Vital Flow to create a fruity raspberry puree. This mixture will later form the juicy raspberry filling for your chocolate cups.

Now, melt the chocolate and prepare small paper or silicone molds. Spread about half of the melted chocolate evenly into the molds and let it cool slightly for 3–4 minutes. Make sure the remaining chocolate stays warm and liquid so you can use it easily later.

Then, add about 1 tsp of the Vital-Flow raspberry puree as a filling to the center of the slightly cooled chocolate. Let the cups rest for 2–3 minutes. After that, spread the remaining chocolate over the molds, ensuring the raspberry filling is completely covered with chocolate.

Finally, crumble the freeze-dried raspberries finely with your hands and sprinkle them as a topping over the chocolate cups. Place everything in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours – or preferably overnight – so the cups can set.

Once they are completely hardened, you can carefully remove them from the molds and enjoy. Perfect as a quick snack, a healthy sweet treat, or a lovely homemade gift.
