KLOSTER KITCHEN X EHRMANN CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition

The "KLOSTER KITCHEN X EHRMANN" competition will be held from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026 by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG" or the "Organizer").
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal pronouns refer equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participating via the Internet (user fees for internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation. 2. Participation/Procedure

Participation can only take place via the Internet. To participate, the participant must subscribe to the Kloster Kitchen newsletter. Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old. Participation via competition services, automated mass participation procedures, third parties via agencies or via other commercial providers is inadmissible. 3. Determination of Winners

At the end of the term, the prizes will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

Winners will be notified by email.

Winners must confirm the prize within 5 working days of notification by email, stating their first and last name and postal address. If no timely response is received, the prize claim will expire and a substitute winner may be drawn.

The personal data collected as part of the prize handling will be processed exclusively for the purpose of prize delivery and, if necessary, passed on to commissioned shipping service providers.

4. Prizes

Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to award further prizes to incentivize participants. Cash payment of the prizes or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Rights of Use

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the information in connection with the competition - subject to revocation of these terms and conditions of participation - may be used, distributed and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG for settlement and for the presentation of participant contributions in online media (in particular on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or its own website) as well as in offline media (for example in print, in relevant magazines, etc.), with or without naming their first name.
In cases where the participant revokes their consent to the use of the contribution, the authorization to continue participating in the competition automatically expires. The participant will not incur any further disadvantages.

No special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees) will be incurred. (Further) participation in the competition is not possible if consent is not given or revoked.
The participant's data will only be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery or to cooperation partners of the competition, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery/handover of this prize to the participant. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
