Terms and Conditions Kloster Kitchen X Nø Cosmetics Sweepstakes

1. Competition

The "KLOSTER KITCHEN X Nø Cosmetics" competition will be held from June 19, 2026 to June 25, 2026 by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG" or the "Organizer").
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal designations apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participation via the Internet (usage fees for internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation. All questions, comments and complaints should be directed directly to Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG. By confirming the terms and conditions of participation, participants acknowledge that they cannot assert any claims against Kloster Kitchen if they participate in the promotion.

2. Participation/Process

Participation can only take place via the Internet. To participate, the participant must fulfill the conditions in the social media competition post. Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG as well as employees of the cooperation partner are excluded from participation. Participation is limited to once per person and participation period. Participation via sweepstakes services, automated mass participation procedures, third parties via agencies or via other commercial providers is inadmissible. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation, Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition. In such cases, prizes may subsequently be revoked and reclaimed. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to be notified of any prize via comment tagging and direct message. 

3. Determining the Winners

At the end of the term, prizes will be raffled among all participants. The winners will be notified via Instagram DM.
Winners must confirm the prize by message (TikTok-DM) stating their first and last name and postal address within 5 working days, otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The contact details of the winners may be shared with third parties to ensure the delivery of the prize. The prize will only be shipped within Germany and Austria.

4. Prizes

Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to distribute further prizes to incentivize participants. Cash payment of the prizes or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Rights of Use

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the information related to the competition – subject to a revocation of these terms and conditions of participation – may be used, distributed, and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, with or without mentioning their first name, for the processing and presentation of participant contributions in online media (especially on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or their own website) as well as in offline media (e.g., in print, in relevant magazines, etc.).
In cases where the participant revokes their consent to the use of the contribution, the authorization to continue participating in the competition automatically expires. The participant does not incur any further disadvantages.

6. Data Protection/Consent to the Use of Personal Data

In the event of a win, participants must submit their complete address via Instagram DM. The organizer uses the names of the participants to ensure personal and professional support for the participants. The organizer needs the address to be able to deliver the prize. The participant must inform the organizer of their date of birth to ensure that the participant is at least 18 years old to participate.
By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees that Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG processes and uses their personal data for the execution of the competition. Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG therefore asks participants for their consent to these terms and conditions of participation, without which participation in the competition is unfortunately not possible.
By participating, the participant agrees to Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG that their email address and first name, and in the event of a win, their first and last name and postal address, will be stored and processed for the execution of the competition.
The participant further agrees that the contribution submitted by them – possibly with the mention of their first name – may be published on Kloster Kitchen's Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/klosterkitchen) or Instagram company page (https://www.instagram.com/klosterkitchen/) also for advertising and PR purposes.
The participant can revoke their declaration of consent at any time with effect for the future from Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, Germany or by email to info@klosterkitchen.com. No special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees) are incurred here. (Further) participation in the competition is not possible if consent is not given or is revoked.
The participant's data will only be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery or to cooperation partners of the competition, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery/dispatch of this prize to the participant. The personal data will not be transmitted to other third parties or used for other advertising purposes without the participant's consent, unless the organizer is legally obliged to release data or if they involve third parties bound by professional secrecy to enforce claims. Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG uses the data provided for information and advice about its products. This also includes sending offers, product news and invitations by email.

7. Limitation of Liability

If a winner asserts claims in connection with the prizes received, these shall be directed, as far as legally permissible, directly against the manufacturer, dealer, supplier or other service provider.
Should related claims arise with Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, these will be assigned to the respective winners.
Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG is not liable for the availability of the promotion page on Facebook and online. Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG is not liable for damages that may arise from errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, from disruptions or deletion of data, viruses or otherwise during participation in the competition, unless such damages are caused by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG through gross negligence. Liability for culpable injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

8. Miscellaneous

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG may change, suspend or terminate the competition at any time, if this is necessary due to circumstances that Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG cannot influence or if this is the only way to ensure the proper execution of the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
