Our General Terms and Conditions and data protection regulations apply to the purchase of vouchers. In addition, the following voucher conditions apply.
Vouchers and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers.
It is not possible to apply vouchers and discounts retroactively.
Furthermore, any commercial resale of vouchers is prohibited.
Individual Conditions
Please note that individual conditions may apply to each voucher. You can find these conditions directly on the voucher or when you receive the voucher. These may include the following restrictions or types of vouchers:
- Voucher validity
- Restrictions on specific items or item groups
- Combinability of the voucher with other vouchers, discounts or promotions
Subject Matter
Kloster Kitchen vouchers can be redeemed in accordance with these conditions for purchases made on www.klosterkitchen.de or www.klosterkitchen.com.
Depending on the selected item, the voucher will be sent to you either by email or as a physical voucher by post.
You may pass the voucher on to third parties. In this case, you undertake not to use the voucher code again or disclose it to third parties.
Redeeming the Voucher
The voucher can be used for the purchase of products sold via www.klosterkitchen.de or www.klosterkitchen.com. The voucher value will be credited against the invoice amount. Cash payment is excluded. Multiple vouchers can also be used for one order.
Remaining Balance
If the voucher value exceeds the invoice amount, any remaining balance will be retained and can be used by re-entering the voucher code.
A cash payout of the (remaining) value of the voucher is excluded.
Validity Period
Vouchers must be redeemed by the end of the third year after the voucher code has been transmitted. After this, they will lose their validity.
Liability
You undertake to keep the voucher code secret and to disclose it only to the person to whom you wish to give the voucher. Kloster Kitchen or curameo AG assumes no liability for the loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of the voucher code.
