BIKE FESTIVAL RIVA – EVENT CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prize Draw The “Kloster Kitchen Bike Festival Riva” prize draw will take place from May 2, 2024, to May 5, 2024, and is organized by Kloster Kitchen - Eine Marke der curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, (“Kloster Kitchen - Eine Marke der curameo AG” or the “Organizer”). Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, gender-neutral terms apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participating via the internet (usage fees for internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services. Participation/Procedure Participation can only take place online. To participate, the participant must fill out the form at https://www.klosterkitchen.de/blogs/events/bike-festival-riva-gewinnspiel and subscribe to the Kloster Kitchen newsletter. Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Kloster Kitchen - Eine Marke der curameo AG and employees of cooperation partners are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person and per participation period is permitted. Participation via prize draw services, automated mass participation procedures, third parties via agencies, or other commercial providers is impermissible. The right to a prize is non-transferable. Rights of Use By participating in the prize draw, the participant expressly agrees that the information related to the prize draw - subject to a revocation of these terms and conditions - may be used, distributed, and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - Eine Marke der curameo AG, with or without naming their first name, for processing and for presenting participant contributions in online media (especially on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or its own website) and in offline media (for example, in print, in relevant magazines, etc.).
