Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to all other countries.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We charge €4.90 for shipping.
For orders over €29.00, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

International Deliveries:

We charge flat-rate shipping costs for international deliveries as follows:

Austria: €5.90
Switzerland: €14.50
Netherlands: €6.90
Rest of EU: €9.90
For orders over €65.01, delivery to EU countries and Switzerland is free of charge.

Rest of Europe: €25
For orders over €250.01, delivery to the rest of Europe is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 2-5 days, and international deliveries within 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

The invoice amount is due within 14 days for payment by invoice.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
