HEIZOMAT TEAM POWERED BY KLOSTER KITCHEN TEAM PRESENTATION
The German UCI Cross team Heizomat Radteam p/b Kloster Kitchen presented itself to the public last weekend. The squad for the new season was introduced at the headquarters of main sponsor Heizomat (Maicha/district Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen).
In addition, riders and support staff got to know each other during a first joint training camp in the Altmühltal. The focus was not only on press photos and interviews, but especially on training content – which former professional and sports director Philipp Walsleben organized with team manager Stefan Herrmann and sports director Yannick Mayer.
New to the team are:
- Hannes Degenkolb (GER)
- Jasper Pahlke (GER)
- Lars Gräter (GER)
- Lars Sommer (CH)
From last season, the following are still with the team:
- Judith Krahl (current German Champion/GER)
- Fabian Eder (GER)
- Lukas Herrmann (GER)
- Tom Lindner (GER)
The team's goals continue to be the promotion of young talents. Therefore, they also want to be successful in the U19 category. For this reason, a racing community was founded. Jule Märkl, Max Oertzen, and Max Herrmann were signed for this purpose. The junior men and women are thus intended to make the leap into the U23 category.
Already next weekend, the team will start the cross season with a double header in Lützelbach and Bensheim, Hesse.
