LAYERED DESSERT
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g fresh strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 ml Ginger Shot Pomegranate
- 500 g Skyr alternative
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1-2 tbsp sparkling water
- 10-12 tbsp oat granola
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut for decoration
- fresh strawberries for decoration
PREPARATION
Wash and halve the strawberries, then put them in a blender with the banana and the Ginger Shot. Blend everything until you have a fine purée. Alternatively, an immersion blender also works.
Then, put the Skyr alternative into a bowl, stir it smooth with a splash of sparkling water, and sweeten with some agave syrup to taste.
Next, divide the fruit purée and cream evenly into two glasses, layering them as follows: cream, purée, granola, cream, purée, and granola. Finish with a thin layer of cream on top. Swirl in a small dollop of fruit purée to create a light marble effect.

Finally, decorate both glasses with fresh strawberries and a tablespoon of shredded coconut each, and your fruity-creamy delight in a glass is ready!
