FLUFFY PANCAKES WITH GINGER SHOT BERRY-CINNAMON

DOUGH
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g wheat flour type 405 (alternatively spelt flour type 630)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml Ginger Shot Berry-Cinnamon
- 200 ml milk (or milk alternative)
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients for the pancakes in a blender until you have a smooth, creamy batter. Heat some butter in a pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown and fluffy on both sides.

TOPPING
INGREDIENTS
- Seeds from one pomegranate
- Yogurt as desired
- A little poppy seed
- 1 tbsp Ginger Shot Berry-Cinnamon
PREPARATION
Top the pancakes with yogurt, pomegranate and a little poppy seed, for example, and drizzle some of our Ginger Shot Berry-Cinnamon over them.
