GRILLED PINEAPPLE WITH ROMAINE LETTUCE

TURMERIC GINGER VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Ginger Shot Turmeric
- 20 g Chardonnay vinegar
- 20 g olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 lime
PREPARATION
Place Ginger Shot Turmeric in a bowl, mix with Chardonnay vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and the juice of one lime.
PINEAPPLE-ROMAINE LETTUCE SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole pineapple
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- A little Piment d´Espelette
PREPARATION
Grill the pineapple on a grill for 10 minutes at 200 °C on all sides. Then quarter it, remove the stem, and cut it into pieces.
Halve the romaine lettuce, make a small incision in the stem. In the meantime, heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the romaine lettuce hearts in it on both sides. Season with salt and Piment d´Espelette.

The star of the show: the pineapple
SERVING
- 50 g roasted peanuts
Place the grilled pineapple pieces on a plate. Place the warm romaine lettuce on top. Drizzle generously with the Turmeric-Ginger Vinaigrette and garnish with roasted peanuts.
