Terms and Conditions for the Kloster Kitchen X Deuter Competition

1. Prize Draw

The "Kloster Kitchen X Deuter" prize draw will take place from August 22, 2026, to August 31, 2026, and is organized by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH" or "the Organizer").
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal designations apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only need to bear the costs associated with participating via the Internet (internet connection usage fees). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. All questions, comments, and complaints should be directed to Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH. By confirming the terms and conditions, participants acknowledge that they cannot assert any claims against Kloster Kitchen if they participate in the promotion.

2. Participation/Process

Participation can only take place via the Internet. To participate, the participant must fulfill the conditions stated in the social media prize draw post. Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH, as well as employees of the cooperation partner, are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person and per participation period is permitted. Participation via prize draw services, automated mass participation procedures, third parties through agencies, or other commercial providers is inadmissible. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH reserves the right to exclude the participant from the prize draw. In such cases, prizes may subsequently be revoked and reclaimed. By participating in the prize draw, the participant expressly agrees to be notified of any win via comment tagging and direct message.

3. Winner Determination

At the end of the campaign, prizes will be raffled among all participants. Winners will be notified via Instagram/TikTok DM.
Winners must confirm their prize via message (Instagram/TikTok DM), providing their first and last name and postal address within 5 business days, otherwise the claim to the prize will expire. The contact details of the winners will be shared with third parties, if necessary, to ensure the delivery of the prize. The prize will only be shipped within Germany and Austria.

4. Prizes

Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH reserves the right to make further prize distributions to incentivize participants. Cash payment of prizes or any prize substitutes is not possible. The right to the prize is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Rights of Use

By participating in the prize draw, the participant expressly agrees that the information related to the prize draw – subject to a revocation of these terms and conditions – with or without mentioning their first name, may be used, distributed, and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH for processing and presentation of participant contributions in online media (especially on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or their own website) as well as in offline media (for example in print, in relevant magazines, etc.).
In cases where the participant revokes their consent to the use of the contribution, the authorization to continue participating in the prize draw automatically expires. The participant will not suffer any further disadvantages.

6. Data Protection/Consent to the Use of Personal Data

In the event of a win, participants must submit their complete address via Instagram DM. The organizer uses the participants' names to ensure personal and professional support for the participants. The organizer needs the address to deliver the prize. The participant must provide the organizer with their date of birth to ensure that the participant is at least 18 years old to participate.
By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees that Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH may process and use their personal data for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw. Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH therefore asks participants for their consent to these terms of participation, without which participation in the prize draw is unfortunately not possible.
By participating, the participant agrees with Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH that for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw, their email address and first name, as well as in the event of a win, their first and last name and postal address will be stored and processed.

The participant can revoke their declaration of consent at any time with future effect against Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, Germany, or by email to info@klosterkitchen.com. No special fees (beyond regular transmission fees) apply. Participation (further) in the prize draw is no longer possible if consent is not given or is revoked.
The participant's data will only be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery or to cooperation partners of the prize draw, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery/dispatch of this prize to the participant. The personal data will not be transmitted to other third parties or used for other advertising purposes without the participant's consent, unless the organizer is legally obliged to disclose data or if it engages third parties bound by professional secrecy to enforce claims. 7. Limitation of Liability

If a winner asserts claims in connection with the prizes received, these claims are to be directed directly against the manufacturer, retailer, supplier, or other service provider, to the extent legally permissible.
Should such claims arise with Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH, they will be assigned to the respective winners.

Liability for culpable injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

8. Miscellaneous

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH may change, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of Kloster Kitchen - A brand of Avenquor GmbH or if this is the only way to ensure the proper execution of the prize draw. Legal recourse is excluded.
