On the reduction days, you break with old eating habits and switch your diet to easily digestible meals that contain plenty of fruits, vegetables, and plant-based proteins (e.g., legumes, soy, peas). In this way, you slowly reduce your calorie intake and prepare yourself with peace and relaxation for the upcoming fasting period.

Recharge

On fasting days, you may consume a total of 6 juices throughout the day, every 2 hours. During the cleanse, it is important to listen to your body's signals, get enough rest, but also to stay active to stimulate your circulation.

Nein. Die kleinen Fläschchen müssen nicht gekühlt gelagert werden. Wir empfehlen aber, die Shots im Kühlschrank aufzubewahren, wenn du sie bald genießen möchtest – denn gekühlt schmecken sie am allerbesten.

Die meisten trinken den kleinen Shot in einem Zug aus. Natürlich kannst du auch kleine Schlückchen nehmen oder den Shot in einem Glas Wasser verdünnen. Probier alle Varianten aus und finde deinen Favorit!

Es war uns von Anfang an sehr wichtig die natürliche Ingwerknolle so nahe wie möglich am Originalzustand in die Flasche zu bekommen. Wir verwenden keinen Ingwerpresssaft, -püree, oder -konzentrat, sondern bei uns kommen richtige kleine Ingwerstückchen in die Flasche. Auf diese Weise kann sich der Geschmack optimal entfalten und wichtige Spurenelemente und Inhaltsstoffe bleiben erhalten. Wir haben dafür jahrelang eine auf der Welt einzigartige Technologie entwickelt. Die Herstellung unserer Produkte ist damit zwar sehr aufwändig und arbeitsintensiv, aber das Ergebnis ist lecker und einfach spürbar ein Stückchen anders.
