TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAREMÜRITZ YACHT HARBOR RESORT CONTEST

1. Competition

The "Kloster Kitchen X MAREMÜRITZ Yachthafen" competition will be held from April 3, 2026, to April 19, 2026, by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG" or the "Organizer").
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal designations apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participating via the Internet (user fees for Internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. By confirming the terms and conditions of participation, participants acknowledge that they cannot assert any claims against Kloster Kitchen if they participate in the promotion.

2. Participation/Procedure

Participation can only take place via the Internet. To participate, the participant must fulfill the conditions in the social media competition post. Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18. Participation via competition services, automated mass participation procedures, third parties via agencies or other commercial providers is not permitted. In these cases, winnings may be revoked and reclaimed retroactively. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to be notified of any winnings by email.

3. Winner Determination

At the end of the term, prizes will be raffled among all participants. The winners will be notified via Instagram DM.
The winners must confirm the prize via message (Instagram DM), stating their first and last name and postal address within 5 working days, otherwise the claim to the prize will expire. The contact details of the winners will be shared with third parties, if necessary, to ensure the delivery of the prize. The prize will only be shipped within Germany and Austria.

4. Prizes

Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to make further prize distributions to incentivize participants. Cash payment of prizes or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Usage Rights

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the information related to the competition – subject to revocation of these terms and conditions – may be used, distributed, and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG for processing and presentation of participant contributions in online media (in particular on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or its own website) as well as in offline media (for example in print, in relevant magazines, etc.), with or without mentioning their first name.
In cases where the participant revokes their consent to the use of the contribution, the authorization to continue participating in the competition automatically expires. The participant will not suffer any further disadvantages.

6. Data Protection/Consent to the Use of Personal Data

In the event of a win, participants must submit their complete address via Instagram DM. The organizer uses the names of the participants to ensure personal and professional support for the participants. The organizer needs the address to deliver the prize. The participant must provide the organizer with their date of birth to ensure that the participant is at least 18 years old to participate.

No special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees) will be incurred. (Further) participation in the competition is no longer possible if consent is not granted or revoked.
The participant's data will only be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery or to cooperation partners of the competition, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery/dispatch of this prize to the participant.
