1. Sweepstakes
The "KLOSTER KITCHEN X KLAMER X JOHNNYS.FITFOOD" sweepstakes will be held from April 17, 2026 to April 26, 2026 by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG" or the "Organizer").
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal designations apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participation via the internet (usage fee for internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.
By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation. 2. Participation/Process
Participation can only take place via the internet. To participate, the participant must fulfill the conditions in the social media sweepstakes post. Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18. The contact details of the winners will be shared with third parties, if necessary, to ensure the delivery of the prize. The prize will only be shipped within Germany and Austria.
4. Prizes
Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to make further prize distributions for participant incentives. Cash payment of prizes or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Usage Rights
By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant expressly agrees that the information in connection with the sweepstakes – subject to revocation of these terms and conditions of participation – may be used, distributed, and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, with or without naming their first name, for processing and presentation of participant contributions in online media (especially on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or their own website) as well as in offline media (for example, in print, in relevant magazines, etc.).
In cases where the participant revokes their consent to the use of the contribution, the right to continue participating in the sweepstakes automatically expires. The participant will not incur any further disadvantages.

Legal recourse is excluded.
