Our Apple-Carrot-Rhubarb Smoothie is our taste oasis for a reason. The delicious apples give the orange smoothie a pleasant, sweet note. The tart rhubarb then provides a contrast to the sweetness. The combination is further brightened by the freshness of the carrot: truly a taste oasis!

Where do our carrots come from? Here, too, we looked for local produce. We ended up at the organic vegetable farm Land Hof Schlereth. They exclusively grow organic free-range vegetables – including the carrots for our delicious smoothies.
