INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
- 200 ml sparkling water
- 2 tbsp ginger shot berry-cinnamon (approx. 40 ml)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- A handful of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- Ice cubes

For the Cranberry Ginger Sparkle, first put the ginger shot berry-cinnamon along with crushed ice into a glass. Then fill with cranberry juice and sparkling water – this provides the perfect balance of spiciness and fruitiness. Afterwards, garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. The drink sparkles ruby red, tastes tart and refreshing, and is a real eye-catcher both as a mocktail and an aperitif – ideal for Friendsgiving, autumn parties, or dinner with friends.
