SCHARFE ZUKUNFT: SCHMECKST DU'S SCHON?

A SPICY FUTURE: CAN YOU TASTE IT YET?

What's still missing? Well, a little look into the future. How will Kloster Kitchen continue its sustainable journey into a fiery future?

WHAT'S IN STORE – WHAT ARE OUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?

As our name suggests, our (ginger) roots lie in the monastery. Even the monks, who were the first to develop and produce our old monastery recipe, had a special relationship with food. The correct handling and appreciation of ingredients were particularly important to them. That's why the topic of nutrition is a matter close to our hearts – not just because it's good for the heart!

We are currently looking for a social project that we would like to support. Several ideas are already on the shortlist. One thing is clear: nutrition should play a role! We will keep you updated here and on social media about the progress of the Kloster Kitchen Social Project!

WHAT'S NEXT GLOBALLY?

Not only we, but also the world at large, are constantly working on developing more sustainable solutions. Various points are being addressed, including circular economy, education, corporate responsibility, and innovation and technology.

Some countries stand out as true pioneers.

DID YOU KNOW...

that Denmark is considered one of the most sustainable countries in the world?

WHAT DENMARK IS ALREADY DOING:

  • Focus on renewable energy sources (wind energy!)
  • Promotion of energy-efficient buildings, transportation, and technologies
  • More environmentally friendly agriculture (reducing chemical use, promoting soil health, supporting organic farming)

WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FOR YOUR DAILY LIFE:

  • Choose an electricity provider that offers green electricity
  • Prioritize energy-efficient appliances when making new purchases
  • Grow herbs and vegetables yourself on your balcony/windowsill at home
