After the start-up from the Nuremberg metropolitan region was already awarded several times last year, including with the German Brand Award and for product innovation in glass, Kloster Kitchen has now been honored again for its innovative Organic Power Drinks: with the German Innovation Award 2021!

Innovation you can taste!

The valuable knowledge from a traditional recipe from the monastery kitchen, the mindful handling of nature's treasures, and the combination with fresh ideas for tomorrow and delicious pieces of ginger instead of cold-pressed juice or concentrate, ensure the unique taste experience that also convinced the German Design Council.
Instead of ginger juice, puree, or concentrate, Kloster Kitchen uses ginger in whole pieces in its bottles through a specially developed process, making it as close to nature as possible. This way, the ginger's valuable active ingredients and trace elements are preserved. And all of this in organic quality and vegan.

The German Innovation Award: The Prize that Makes Innovation Visible

The German Innovation Award 2021 honors products and solutions across all industries that are distinguished primarily by user-centricity and added value compared to previous solutions. It makes great achievements visible to a broad audience and ensures successful market positioning. Winning the German Innovation Award 2021 now demonstrates Kloster Kitchen's innovative spirit. With this award, the "German Design Council" also acknowledges the social, ecological, and economic sustainability as well as the energy and resource consumption of the start-up from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Factors such as location and employment potential, longevity, market maturity, technical quality, and synergy effects also play a decisive role in the award. Instead of popping champagne corks, Kloster Kitchen is now all about: shaking and quietly sparkling!

About Kloster Kitchen

On a journey to the roots of good taste, company founder Mario Fürst discovered the ginger root. And a traditional recipe from the monastery kitchen. This also gave rise to the brand name Kloster Kitchen. The secret of the start-up company from the Nuremberg metropolitan region: through a self-developed processing method, the roots are neither crushed nor pressed nor ground. Thanks to delicious ginger pieces, the valuable active ingredients and trace elements are best preserved and provide a unique taste experience. The products are 100 percent organic and 100 percent vegan. They contain zero percent refined sugar, zero percent colorings and preservatives, and zero percent artificial flavors. In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, Kloster Kitchen products can be found in retail chains including REWE, EDEKA, Karstadt Lebensmittel, Kaufland, Famila, and Hit, in wholesale (Metro), in organic markets like DENNS, in drugstores like dm and Rossmann, and in gastronomy. Or conveniently with a few clicks in the online shop.
