KLOSTER KITCHEN AND ROLAND TRETTL IMPRESS WITH EXCLUSIVE COOKING EVENT

Naturally more powerful: Since 2016, Kloster Kitchen has been conquering the market with its ginger shots and establishing itself as a brand for a conscious lifestyle. The ginger shots from the beverage scale-up are not only perfect for a daily routine but also for use in the kitchen. This was demonstrated by top chef Roland Trettl, who has been an enthusiastic brand ambassador for Kloster Kitchen for two years, at an exclusive event last week in Salzburg. For the event, the ginger shot specialist invited a selected group to Roland Trettl's Kitchen Club. An ideal location to host a cooking class in an exclusive setting and make the brand tangible.

Influencers like Vanessa Boesch, Sarah Klefisch, Björn Behr, and Franzi Reichenbach accepted the invitation. All of them embody the Kloster Kitchen lifestyle and are established partners of the brand. The content creators were enthusiastic about the unique event experience. Because Kloster Kitchen, with the creative spirit of top chef Roland Trettl, skillfully demonstrated one thing: ginger shots can also be used differently! The popular shots in Classic, Turmeric, Pomegranate, Horseradish, and Pineapple flavors were used in a variety of ways. Whether as an add-on to peanut-avocado dip, as a vinaigrette for sweet potato-mango salad, or as a sauce for stuffed ravioli with eggplant and gratinated fennel: the enjoyment pioneer Roland Trettl showed the participants during the cooking class which ginger shots pair with which ingredients and how to create a 3-course gourmet meal for home with the right pairings. Many cooking tips and tricks were included. By the way, the cooked recipes are also available online.

What couldn't be missing with the food? Refreshing drinks. Here, Trettl demonstrated his mixology skills and, for example, combined the Classic Ginger Shot with tomato water and juice, verjus, ginger beer, basil, and Amalfi lemon. "Thanks to Kloster Kitchen products, you can add a certain sweetness and spiciness to any dish or drink. But they also taste very good on their own. Every time I drink a ginger shot, I do something good for myself and my body," says brand ambassador Roland Trettl. The recipes for the drinks are available online at Kloster Kitchen for self-mixing.

The influencers also got to know the brand from a different perspective and particularly appreciated the versatility of the ginger shots: "I learned a lot during the cooking class and am surprised how differently Kloster Kitchen products can be used. I wasn't aware of that at all," says mom influencer Franzi Reichenbach. Her colleague Björn Behr agrees: "It was an absolute honor to cook in Roland Trettl's sacred halls. The food brought me great joy, and I learned a lot from Kloster Kitchen. A new world opened up to me, that you can also use the shots for a vinaigrette or marinade. Great taste experience."

The cooking class with Roland Trettl was extended on social media. The influencers and Kloster Kitchen shared behind-the-scenes material and various live content on their accounts. More than half a million followers were reached with the event.
The event was rounded off with an exclusive pre-launch of a new ginger shot edition, which will be available from August.
