Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to all other countries.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We charge €4.90 for shipping.
For orders over €25.00, shipping within Germany is free.

International Deliveries:

We charge flat-rate international shipping costs as follows:

Austria: €5.90
Switzerland: €14.50
Netherlands: €6.90
Rest of EU: €9.90
For orders over €65.01, shipping to other EU countries and Switzerland is free.

Rest of Europe: €9.90
For orders over €250.01, shipping to the rest of Europe is free.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 2-5 days, and international deliveries within 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount is due within 14 days.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
