FLUFFY PANCAKES WITH GINGER SHOT BERRY-CINNAMON

DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g wheat flour type 405 (alternatively spelt flour type 630)
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml Ginger Shot Berry-Cinnamon
  • 200 ml milk (or milk alternative)

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients for the pancakes in a blender until you have a smooth, creamy batter. Heat some butter in a pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown and fluffy on both sides.
