1. Prize Draw

The prize draw will be held from 29.01.26 - 03.02.26 by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG" or the "Organizer").
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal designations apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participating via the Internet (user fee for internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.

The winners must confirm the prize by message (TikTok direct message) stating their first and last name and postal address within 5 working days, otherwise the claim to the prize will expire. The contact details of the winners may be shared with third parties to ensure the delivery of the prize.

4. Prizes

Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to distribute additional prizes as participant incentives. Cash payment of the prizes or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Rights of Use
