1. Sweepstakes

The "Kloster Kitchen OhhhMhhh" sweepstakes is organized by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, Hersbrucker Str. 23, 91244 Reichenschwand, ("Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG" or the "Organizer") from February 20, 2026 - February 28, 2026.
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (hereinafter, personal designations apply equally to persons of male and female gender) only have to bear the costs associated with participating via the internet (usage fee for internet connection). Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.

4. Prizes

Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG reserves the right to distribute additional prizes for participant incentives. Cash payment of prizes or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable. The prize may not be resold.

5. Rights of Use

By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant expressly agrees that the information related to the sweepstakes - subject to a revocation of these terms and conditions - may be used, distributed, and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by Kloster Kitchen - A brand of curameo AG, with or without mentioning their first name, for processing and presenting participant contributions in online media (especially on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or their own website) as well as in offline media (for example, in print, in relevant magazines, etc.).
