NEW TEAM LEADERSHIP

The Heizomat Radteam p/b Kloster Kitchen is pleased to announce the appointment of Roman Jördens as the new sporting director. Jördens succeeds Philipp Walsleben, who moved to the UCI World Tour Alpecin Deceuninck team due to new challenges. Roman Jördens will now lead the team's sporting affairs.

Jördens brings a wealth of experience from the cycling sector. With a career as a professional cyclist and extensive experience in the cycling world, Jörgens is a valuable asset. Over the course of his career, he has excelled in various cycling disciplines, including road racing and cyclocross. As a former team owner of the Focus CX Team, he also has valuable experience in team management. This extensive expertise makes him the ideal choice for the position of sporting director.

The Heizomat Radteam p/b Kloster Kitchen is known for its successful youth development (U19/U23) and will continue to place a strong focus on this under the new sporting director. Through targeted development and support of young talents, the team aims to make a sustainable contribution to the development of cycling in Germany.
